Nodoguro fillet for Sashimi

We fillet the premium fatty nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) from Shimane Prefecture, Japan, for sushi toppings. Being captured and processed locally in Shimane, the fish is really fresh. In Japan, Nodoguro is a rare and highly sought‑after topping for sushi or seafood bowls. No salt is added. Lightly sear the skin side before serving.
Each fillet weighs approximately 10–15 g, and each bag contains about 35–40 pieces.
Product shipps frozen; simply thaw and enjoy as-is for premium sushi or rice bowls.
