Inspired by Japan’s national flower, the cherry blossom, our Sakura Vinegar is a unique creation made with generous amounts of cherry blossom petals from a region famous for its blooms, blended with high‑quality ume (Japanese plum) vinegar. Its vibrant rose‑pink hue and refreshingly delicate flavor are truly captivating. We have created a Japanese‑style salsa using ingredients sourced entirely from Unnan City, including the branded local chili pepper variety Orochi no Tsume (Claw of the Serpent Dragon ), garlic, and plums.
