We have created a Japanese‑style salsa using ingredients sourced entirely from Unnan City, including the branded local chili pepper variety Orochi no Tsume (Claw of the Serpent Dragon ), garlic, and plums. Add it to meat or fish dishes for a spicy yet refreshing finish. It can be used as a marinade, mixed into sauces, or enjoyed as a sauce on its own.
