We developed this crab cream croquette using red snow crab landed at Sakaiminato, one of the major fishing port in Japan. We are particular about offering the rich crab flavor and the smooth texture of the cream. Deep-fry the frozen pieces at 170℃ to 180℃ (338°F – 356°F) for about 4 and a half minutes. Please note that the quality may change if you refreeze the product once thawed.
